How long does it take you to make and ship my order?

We have a very fast turnaround.

I give priority to my website customers. So their bags are normally made and shipped 1st class the same day as payment is received (or at most the next working day).

So if you order today, it could be with you tomorrow!

How do I pay for my order over the internet?

We use PayPal, this accepts almost any credit/debit card and even, suprisingly, a PayPal account (if you have one). It's both simple to use and very secure. (what is PayPal?)

  • If you want a bag from the website and it has an 'add to cart' button below it, simply click on that button and follow the on screen directions.
  • If you want a custom bag, just email me with a description of what you want and I'll email a quote for your design and a secure payable invoice.
When your order has been taken to the Post Office we'll email you your receipt and a short message just to let you know that it's en route.

Do you ship abroad?

Probably 30% of our websale chalk bags go to foreign countries. The majority to the USA, Australia and mainland Europe.

We use Airmail with a 3-5 working day delivery time.

We charge the same to ship abroad as we do to ship to the UK.....£2 just to keep it simple.
